We are now looking for a Program Coordinator who wants to help ensure operational excellence in a global program. Here you will have a central role in supporting program management, HR, and various stakeholders by creating clarity, efficient working methods, and good conditions for long-term competence development.

As a Program Coordinator, you act as the hub of the daily program operations. You are responsible for coordinating activities, supporting resource and competence planning, and ensuring that processes, documentation, and communication run smoothly across geographical and organizational boundaries.

You work closely with Program Management, PMO, and HR functions, contributing to the development of structures, working methods, and initiatives that strengthen the program's long-term capacity and efficiency.

• Coordinate and follow up on daily operational activities within the program
• Support resource planning and workforce management in a global and virtual organization
• Collaborate with HR on personnel-related processes and activities
• Ensure that administrative processes are carried out efficiently and with high quality
• Responsible for documentation, reporting, and follow-up of program-related data
• Develop and maintain frameworks for working methods, staffing, and document management
• Contribute to organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate competence development, reskilling, and upskilling activities
• Support decisions regarding staffing and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines together with HR
• Promote engagement, well-being, and collaboration within the program
• Drive and coordinate internal communication and information flows
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and long-term competence building

• Experience from coordinating, operational, or administrative roles in complex organizations, programs, or change initiatives
• Good habit of structuring information, processes, and documentation
• Experience working with personnel-related processes or HR-adjacent issues
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with many different stakeholders
• Ability to translate strategic goals into concrete working methods and activities
• Good competence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• A proactive working style and good problem-solving skills
• A strong focus on improvement and development

A structured and independent person who likes to create order in complex environments. You are good at building relationships, enjoy having many contact points, and are driven by getting people, processes, and operations to work together in the best possible way. At the same time, you have an eye for detail and a natural ability to identify improvement opportunities.
